Anyone who has a personal relationship with the Christian God knows that God has three unique qualities:
Omnipotent: All powerful.
Omniscient: All knowing.
Omnipresent: Always present, everywhere.
I found a source containing scripture support (for those who like to fact check about what the Bible says) and you can read the passages below (and look them up for context as that is extremely important as well).
My question is simple:
If God is all powerful, all knowing and always present, how could Satan pose any threat to God?
Passages:
Psalm 147:4,5He telleth the number of the stars; he calleth them all by their names. Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.
Acts 15:18Known to God are all his works from the beginning of the world.
Psalm 139:4Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O Lord.
Isaiah 46:10"He declares the end from the beginning and from ancient times the things that are not yet done."
Luke 12:7"Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows."
Luke 1:37"For with God nothing will be impossible."
Daniel 7:14"Then to Him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, That all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, Which shall not pass away, And His kingdom the one Which shall not be destroyed."
And last but not least, our favorite-
Psalm 23:4"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."
---
If Satan poses no threat to God, then there is no war for our souls and thus, this is all a lie. God could make Satan disappear in an instant. God could instantly sort out whether or not every soul would end up loving him and just keep those souls, allowing the rest to suffer for eternity (or whatever else he deems fit).
And we all know these things would have to be true, because without omnipotence, omniscience and omnipresence, God ceases to be "God." God would get downgraded to something less, and that's just not what we've been
sold told.
What say you?
